I stopped at the bookstore earlier and there was a little boy running around and bothering A. Everytime A would pick a book or toy up he would take it and he was pulling on her arm. I asked him stop doing both things and gave the stuff back to her. He kept saying "you're bad" and "we can't go there". Then when I tried to stop him from grabbing A again he pushed me then took some books from A (again) and was putting them on a shelf. I walked over and told him to give me the books. That's when I finally saw the woman he was with sitting on the floor. She called his name and told him to come to her and I walked away. Why can't people watch their kids? It was pretty busy in there and she didn't seem to care that he was out of sight or bothering people. I actually felt bad for him to a degree b/c something just didn't seem right.

I don't think so. He looked almost just like her. I almost lost it with the pulling and pushing though.

After the 2nd time I would have gone to the parent and said something.  That is ridiculous!!
