Re: Update post...get on in here.
We used only one pair of underwear on Noah today....that included a 45 minute drive to and from the playdate today! That's the biggest excitement going on around here That and the fact that Levi will be swaddled and sleeping in a swing when he goes to kindergarten!
DH and I just had our 4 year anniversary yesterday, I turn 28 in two weeks, I'm getting a tattoo for my b-day. Noah wants to be a princess for halloween and I have a picture of him walking around in my heels this morning...that is my life!
I've got nothing... Fin's been a disaster lately, but I'm hoping it's just teething.
I'm ready for it to be a few degrees cooler
Welcome to the world Finley Michael - born 2/13/2010
Baby Sister is coming soon!
Hello. We are enjoying the last bit of summer and excited for it to be fall. Can't believe Audrey is going to be TWO in November. Crazy. She is talking/babbling up a storm. She likes to say poop/pee a lot, but not sure if I see potty training in our near near future. Her new things are saying a couple of her colors (mostly orange, blue, and pink) It may be a fluke but she is usually correct ha ha.
Here is a recent picture from today when we walked down to Dairy Queen and she had her first official ice cream cone
School started this week. I'm still in denial I'm back to work full time again. But I'm exhausted, so I know it's there.
Even though DS turns 3 tomorrow, we celebrated his birthday last weekend. He absolutely loves his car carpet that we bought for him at IKEA! He's talking more and more, and I think we're about to cross 50 words. This is big for us, as it's been a long road from 4 words a year ago. Most of them have come in the last few months.
As for this pregnancy, it's there. I'm not feeling as many symptoms, which is not a bad thing, but it does make me nervous!
Currently the only thing I can seem to concentrate on is getting this baby out! I am 3cm and have been for awhile with no other impending signs. I was hoping to go into labor naturally but it looks like another induction will need to be scheduled. Other than that it will be a crazy week of Anthony turning 3 and preschool orientation.
Maybe they'll have the same birthday???? Even though I know you don't want the induction, think about the positive: If you have the baby early this week, you be there during a holiday weekend.
Cedric is doing great. He will be 2 on Sept 13th, can't believe that. We are having a party at Marions for him. It will be Little Einsteins, since that is all he thinks about right now. Of course the kid has to pick a TV show that is old and hard to get stuff for. What you can get is very expensive! But he will have fun and keeps talking about it already:)
We are now 15 weeks pregnant. Only 5 more weeks until we find out what it is. I am guessing another boy...we shall see. Doing well, even if still tired (at least not as much as 1st tri). At least I can usually nap when Cedric does:)
We just bought a new car today, a Honda Fit. It is for my DH to drive, so he isn't driving the gas hog 45 mins to work everyday. So I get his old car:) Very happy with that, it has air!!!! I really missed that this hot hot summer. So my car is going bye bye which is long over due.
I am on vacation for the next 10 days. A very much needed break. We have to travel for a wedding in October, and will spend a few days in DC, so this vacation will be here at home. We are planning to do some things around the house that needed doing a month ago. We will probably go to KI and the zoo. Our anniversary is next weekend, so a quiet dinner out is definitely in the plans. I am just hoping to feel rejuvenated when I have to go back to work.
Brenna started preschool last week, and they wear her completely out in this new class. She is quite a handful when she comes home, so overtired that dinnertime and bedtime have been horrific. Hoping this passes quickly. I so love my quiet hours late in the night.
I'm late, but I'll play!
We are finally starting to get ready for baby boy! We have all of his furniture now with crib bedding and will paint his room next weekend, yay! He has a name too, Alexander (Alex) - Middle name TBD.
Other than that no updates from us
Nothing too exciting from our house. DH is still off of work from his accident. We're hoping he'll get the all-clear from the doc at his appt on Sept 6th but you never know. I head back to work next Friday, which should be a nice change. We've spent far too much time in this house in the past 7 weeks. I'm kind of looking forward to DH going back to work so I can settle into a routine with the girlies by myself.
Allie starts MDO in two weeks and is beyond excited. She's been talking for MONTHS about going to school and we're counting down the days. Hopefully she'll like it as much as she thinks she will.
Paige is lucky she's so darn cute. The child screams and screams and screams. We're searching for a solution to help her and will be calling the doc again on Monday to try a different reflux med. She does seem to be doing a tiny bit better so I can tell there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

We are officially a "one in diapers" household! I never thought the day would come. DS has been great at night, and just a few accidents here and there during the day or nap. He even did well on a 2.5 hour car ride x 2 directions this weekend. We have preschool orientation tomorrow. I'm already a nervous wreck. He's never done anything like this before since he's with my parents when I work....and his first soccer practice last week was a disaster. So...we'll see!
Miss Maddie has been saying "da-da" and log rolling her little self all over the house. On Friday she decided to start with "ma-ma" and "ba-ba", she is *this* close to crawling, and she pulled herself up to stand at her FP stage. AGH!!!
That's about it here at our house.

I am leaving in three hours to pick up four of my inlaws then driving to the border of TN and KY to take them to the lake because they don't have anything like boating in England.
I have purchased over $200 worth of food for this week alone and that doesn't include stuff for Calvin's baptismal day- which I have yet to organize and is next Sunday.
I also have a very painful tooth that needs a crown but the dentist here wants $250 more than my old dentist in Louisville so I will have to wait til our company leaves (Sept 11) and then go to Louisville to have dental work done. I'd rather have an enema from an elephant.
Right now, we are in FULL wedding planning mode. We are getting married on May 12, 2012 & it's creeping up on us faster than we ever imagined! Wedding planning has been SO much fun, but kind of stressful! DS just turned one on the 20th which was very bittersweet. We had his party on that day which was catered by Chick-fil-a & SugarPlums CupCakery (YUM) provided the cupcakes. Overall, it was a great day! Right now I'm not reading anything. I need to get back into the swing of reading! I do have some fun photos to share... these are Lucas' first birthday photos. These were taken by Erika Cargle from Cargle Photography in Dayton (AMAZING, if anyone needs pics I highly recommend her!!!) Anyway, here are some of my favs!
