Hey girl! I'm so sorry I'm just now getting back to you.
My class is going very well, but boy did I forget how many directions these little ones need compared to my 4-5th class last year. Being back in first makes me realize how much I missed teaching the little ones. I'm ready to jump into things as we have been doing procedures, review, etc the past 1.5 weeks.
How's your IUI cycle going? How's the classroom coming?
Have a great weekend hun!
Re: *sbrowns*
Hey!
My classroom is all set up and now I just wait for the kiddos! School starts Sept. 7th for us. I am moving from 4th also and I'm anticipating a huge learning curve for me as far as direction-giving, etc.
I just got my first e2 check back today for this cycle and I'm at 121; RE thinks I'm stimming perfectly! Meds for at least three more day, another e2 check and then hopefully u/s, trigger, IUI!
I saw your post about AF, so glad she finally showed! I really really hope your cysts are gone. Keep me updated!

Enjoy the rest of your summer!
SO exciting!! I'm so happy you're stimming so well and I hope your other e2 check goes just as well. Good luck with your IUI - praying for you for a great successful cycle!
Well unfortunately I have another cyst.
I'm back on BCP for a few weeks and then another ultrasound to check and hopefully see that it went away! This is my third cyst so I'm a little worried about what's to come if I keep getting them. They also told me it's not the same cyst either because they keep alternating with my ovaries. Ugh!
We do songs every morning. I've been using the book, Eentsy Weentsy Spider Fingerplays and Action Rhymes. It has songs such as Little Teapot, Jenny Works With One Hammer, Ten Little Monkeys, Wheels on the Bus, Ten Little Firefighters, and so many more. The kids absolutely love it!
I also have a set of CDs (I can't remember the name of them and I don't have them out because they are all packed up with my classroom things), but they just had nursery rhymes on them and my first 1st grade class enjoyed those.
During calendar, the only song we use is the days of the week song.
Our reading series has sing alongs with them, and I utilize those every time and make up hand motions to go along with them.
I also play soft instrumental music during writing time. The CDs I'm actually using right now are a mixed CD of wedding instrumental songs we used while people were being seated...haha!
I hope this helps!
