So lately I have been craving pumpkin pie- which isnt a huge shocker since I adore pumpkin anything. However, DH HATES anything pumpkin so he wouldnt let me buy the Costco pumpkin pie (I swear I wouldve ate the whole thing alone). Today I was driving by Sonic and happened to notice they have a new pumpkin pie milkshake! Well Im blaming this giving in on the baby- so I had it. OMG- Sugar overload but so worth it! I will be taking a nap now!
BTW: Does anyone have a super easy pumpkin pie recipe that doesnt use any fake sugar?

Best pumpkin pie ever... and the easiest!
Get a quart of vanilla ice cream then a large can of pumpkin pie filling. Make sure you get the "pie" filling and not just pumpkin filling. The pie feeling has the nutmeg, sugar, etc. already in it. Mix the vanilla ice cream and pie filling until it's smooth. Poor into a graham cracker crust pie shell. Freeze.
Voila! Soooo easy and it tastes EXACTLY like a pumpkin pie blizzard from Dairy Queen. You can also put chopped pecans in it. (My husband doesn't like nuts so I normally leave those out.)
I may have bought the pumpkin pie from costco...... And my DH isn't even home to have some.
And now, I wish I lived in the US so I could go get a pumpkin pie milkshake because that sounds like it's to die for.
Happy Easter
My Blog
I have done this recipe with my class for the past 2 years. It sounds odd...but it is incredible.I always come home and make a batch for just me.

Omg now you're making me crave it. I'd just get the one from Costco and freeze the slices. I think they'd be really good half defrosted.
Now this is going to make me annoyed when I go to DH's family for Thanksgiving and they don't serve pumpkin pie for dessert. It's downright unAmerican.
