We bought a crib, dresser, moses basket and stand, and bamboo swaddling blankets new. We bought clothes and bibs at garage sales and Goodwill. I'm learning how to save money after being down this road before, just last year.
Nursery furniture, double stroller, and I'm buying another glider. I use Dd's every night for reading books and can't imagine doing her bed time without it!
Just things that were more "boyish" (everything DD had/has was/is pink) So I bought a new bouncer, wash cloths and clothes. I got a nuetral pack n play, swing and travel system so those were ok. DD is now in a toddler bed so the crib was free except now I'll need to find some sheets for the crib that are more boyish but for now he's in the bed with me.

I bought a few new burp cloths and blankets. We also bought a few newborn and 0-3 month clothes too, but that's about it. My poor DD2 has very little of her own.
We didn't buy anything new. We got a ton of second hand clothes given to us, which was nice...cause we obviously needed girl clothes. DD uses a lot of 'boy' things. They are little for such a short time, I didn't want to spend the money on a bunch of new stuff.
Furniture (dresser, crib), bedding, another camera for our monitor, another changing pad, two double strollers, convertible carseat (we reused our infant seat), and a second sound machine. We put the glider in DS's room and got DD a big "reading chair" (a chair and a half so that we can still sit in her room before bed and read with her). We were also at square one with clothing and accessories (blankets, hats, etc) because we have a boy and a girl.

Nursery furniture and bassinet for our room. We had a pack n' play with DS and he hated it so we bought the Safety 1st 5 in 1 bassinet and DD loves it. I have a close friend with two girls and they are done having kids. She passed down all of her girl clothes, blankets, etc. to me, which was soooo nice! Oh and we also bought a pink tummy play mat. We had a blue one for DS but I thought DD should have a girly one.
We bought a second crib, second camera for our video monitor, a double stroller, and a new swing (because we didn't love our first one). We also have had to buy clothes because we have a boy and a girl.
Well, it depends on what your 1st is and what you will be having. We had a surprise with baby #1 so mostly gender neutral colors and earth tones b/c we knew we'd like to have more children.
So clothing - snap shirts and gowns for nb
fresh new socks, caps & mittens
Fresh burp cloths
We did co-sleeping so we purchased a nap mat for our 1st and set up a little area for her to sleep in our room the first few weeks as we all got adjusted
Double Stroller (craigs list & ebay for a double bob)
Space savers stuff - IKEA
A "It's Been" - (Timer I didn't have with baby #1)
Story boards & books for our 1st so that when I was in bed or breastfeeding we could do activities besides tv - great for during pregnancy or after
His & Her baskets from Homegood so that DH or family could know where each child's items were ; ) I had a open faced changing table with 2 shelf on the bottom. Each child got a shelf with their colored baskets for socks, shirts pants or whatever items you may fill with.
Baby bath tub & fresh clean bath toys
Bath supplies & new wash clothes
A few few bibs
I am a stay at home Mom too and used Kid 2 Kid (consignment shops) and outlet shops are great with pricing!

Our family blog
We bought a second crib, second camera for our video monitor, a double stroller, and a new swing (because we didn't love our first one). We also have had to buy clothes because we have a boy and a girl.
I had to replace a bouncy seat, and buy new bottle nipples. That's it.
I'm now starting to have to get some 3-6 month clothes, since it was colder when Cole was in them, but not much.
Nothing... I have 2 girls. When she was born I was given enough clothes to carry her through the summer.. I was also given a double stroller..
2nd crib
2nd glider
double stroller
bottle nipples
pacifiers
burp cloths
clothes
diaper bag
anything else was purchased as we found a need.
