Zenya, have you read sleepless in america?

Just wondering, because the advice you give sounds like what the books advises. I think we pretty much always agree on the sleep issues, especially when it comes to getting enough sleep for their age!

    I have!  Well, most of it anyway.  I think I got it from the library and had to return it or something...

    She recommended it to me. I had to butt in because I just finished reading it and love love love the book. I have to figure out a way to get DH to read it. He doesn't seem to understand the importance of a good routine.
