I need a lamp solution for R's room. He has had 2 on the upper tier of the changing table/dresser that have been kicked off and broke. He will accidentally kick the diaper holder thing and the lamp goes over the edge.
He has a ceiling fan with light, but that is super bright and the wall switch is combined with the fan. There isn't a night light, but that would be too dim. I use the lamp in the morning and before bed to read stories.
I saw https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50010879 and liked it.....but it is at Ikea and I don't go there. Anyone have something like it, or have it and love/hate it?
Any other lighting suggestions?
Thanks!
Re: Ikea wall lamps, or other suggestions?
We have a really similar lamp from Ikea, it's just a flower instead of a star. It's really nice for reading stories at night, that's what we use it for. But it's definitely not very bright, and ours is white so the blue star might be even darker.
FYI, you can usually find small stuff from Ikea on eBay.
Duh....why didn't I think Ebay! Thanks! They have it. So, it is at least bright enough to read or change a diaper by. That is all I really need!

The fan and light are on 1 switch, so I don't know how that would work. I use the lamp a lot. Hmmmm
It just makes the fan run a little slower if it is on
