Anyone know why my siggy pics are so big?

I did my siggyl like I always do and I never had a problem before.  Here's what I did:

copy the URL from shutterfly and put it into tinyURL.com.  Then paste that into my siggy. 

Anyone know why it didn't work?

    When you upload it to tinypic, change the default size to message board size.  I know I've had to do it twice before because the first time it error-ed and went back to default size.
