It is actually good at room temp for like 30-60 days or something like that? The fine print on the package should tell you (we had the pen, though....not sure if that makes a difference). We kept it in the fridge, however, and I never had a problem with injecting it cold. But, I am pretty sure warming to room temp is no problem.
Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation. Because we're fancy like that.
Yes you can, and I definitely recommend it. I always pulled the dose (used the Gonal F pens) and just let it sit on the counter for a few minutes before I injected it.
It has to be refrigerated prior to the first use. Once it reaches room temperature for the first time, it is good for 30 days regardless of whether or not it goes back into the fridge -- so it can stay out the entire time. I kept mine in the bathroom, in a basket on the counter.

Good luck!
My RE said something completely different. He told me if I to be away from home while taking it that I had to put ice packs in it during travel to keep it cool.

That's weird! I actually called the pharmacy (Freedom) to double check, and they told me the same thing....

hahahahaha this image is hilarious!
It is a little less stingy if you inject it after it warms, but I think after the first week or so, I just did it straight from the fridge.
YES! Per my RE:
