Anyone have an UppaBaby G-Luxe?

We just got one recently to use for traveling.  We used it for the first time in NYC this past week.  It was great, until our last day, then suddenly it wouldn't close properly.  DH would have to turn it over and manually collapse it.  Then it wouldn't lock open without stepping very hard on the pedal...  Has anyone else had problems like this with theirs?  I guess I should be contacting customer service...  The bad thing is that I bought it online from a TERRIBLE business with horrible service so hopefully I can just go through UppaBaby directly!!

Yes! I havent had the problem but they are doing a voluntary recall on G-series strollers purchased between March and July because a problem with the folding mechanism. Go to their website there is a link on the left. I also have the Vista and have dealt with them about one minor thing in the past and they were FANTASTIC. I am sure they will help you out :-)

Awesome!! Thank you!  I was on the UppaBaby site, but didn't notice the recall info!  Hopefully this will be a painless process!

I have the G-luxe and something else on it broke. I purchased mine through Zulily, but contacted Uppababy directly and they were EXCELLENT to work with. All they needed was my proof of purchase and the serial number and they sent me a new stroller, no questions asked, the next day! They definitely have a reputation for great customer service and just from my experience have earned my future loyalty.
