Last night was probably the most nerve wrecking night I've ever been through. I have heard since we started TTC that spotting is somewhat normal, pink and brown is usually ok, not so much if its red. Last time the day before my surgery for our ectopic, I spotted barely red, and only enough to get on the TP at first. Last night I was at work and I felt just one REALLY uncomfortable cramp. If felt like midway through AF when I am miserable. I paniced the whole way to the bathroom, and when I got there, there was DARK red(not brown, the NP asked me that, I mean Ruby red) in my underwear, and about enough when I wiped to be AF. I called DH and he drove me to the ER.
After being there for over 4 hours, having a pelvic exam, ultrasound, checking my beta's again and doing a ua they sent me home. My betas were 1900 (8 days since my last at 267? I checked online and I think its fairly normal?) and they still couldn't see anything on U/s. I called RE today like they told me to and I have to go back in on Thursday for repeat betas just to see what we are looking at. When I had my ectopic, my 2nd beta was at 250, when they pulled it again 5 days later it was only at 375 so I feel a BIT better about this one, and the spotting has stopped (for now). Even last night right before we left the ER it was only brown discharge I was having by that point.
So if I could be so bold as to ask for it, I know I haven't been really active yet due to being busy at work, but I could really use some T&P for the next few days. I just really want the spotting to stay away and have a good blood draw on Thursday. Thank you Ladies in advance...you guys are awesome. Have some carmel chocolate brownies on me.

T&Ps headed your way. That is good that your betas are rising accordingly (and hopefully will continue to) and FWIW I had an ultrasound done at 5w4d (measuring 5w2d) and they only saw the gestational sac. GL with your next round of betas and ultrasound and please keep us updated.

Thank you for this! This actually makes me feel a little bit more comfy. Since we have been TTC with the RE, we have had to stop every few months because of cysts. I don't know if I have experienced one rupturing because they always put me on BCP to suppress them. They said they found a cyst smaller then I normally get. Maybe it was a just ruptured one? They also removed a medium sized clot on during my pelvic exam, and the spotting stopped right after that. I hope that's it, but maybe I'm being overly helpful?
