    I thought I was in love twice before DH. 

    Now, I can honestly say that wasn't love...or any kind of love that was good for me.

    So...once ;-)

    Me-2

    DH-1 I was his first "serious" girlfriend (all others were just flings). A funny with that is that his family tried telling me i was his first gf ever but dh says i was the only one they met.

    I think once.  I thought I loved my boyfriend before DH, but I now know I didn't.

    2...though in 8th grade I was convinced I was in love :)

    Not sure about DH, he really only had one other serious girlfriend, the rest were just flings.
