Ha, sometimes I definitely don't. My husband says I have the sense of humor of a 13 year old boy. I am powerless against fart jokes, i can be vulgar sometimes, or just have a good juvenile time. But I can be totally mature and professional when needed.

Re: Do you ACT your age?
Nooooooooo!
There is a very good reason why I teach middle school: my sense of humor fits right in.

Pretty much exactly what you said. I can and do act my age (or older) when needed, particularly in a professional environment and when it comes to familial and home responsibility, but recreationally and as far as interest in pop culture and the like, I can definitely act much younger. My dad teases me because I often discuss TV shows with my 16 year old sister, we went to see Twilight together, etc., and yes, I find potty humor hilarious.
Side note: I remember when I was in high school and my mom never thought anything I found entertaining was very funny (Adam Sandler, South Park, etc.). I thought it was because she was old. Now that I'm in my 30's, I think she just has no sense of humor because it's all still funny to me and I love ridiculous comedies still.
