I don't think it gets any better than a BOB Duallie for a true jogger. So far I'm in love with mine. Pushes like a dream.

I run with a Baby Jogger Summit.  I love it and it's so smooth.

I wish I could afford or justify spending that much on a BOB but I have a Baby Trend Navigator ( I think) and I like it. I also have the single one too.

I have a baby jogger city elite (similar to the BJ Summit).  I LOVE it and wish I had bought one sooner.  I was able to pick it up for $300 used off of craigs list.  It was in excellent condition!  Even with my two oldest in it (they are 45lbs each) I can push it with one hand, and almost no effort on a flat surface... can't say that about going up a hill, but pushing 90+ pounds up a hill isn't easy in any stroller

My Bumbleride Indi Twin works great for the small jogs I do.  But if you are going to do some more intensive ones I would highly recommend the Double Bob. I have the single one for when I take out one kiddo and that thing is amazing!  I love both!
