I have. Makes me jealous of those women who go their entire pregnancy without headaches/migraines. I'm almost in the second trimester and unfortunately I've been getting more migraines the closer I get. OB hopes they die down so she doesn't have to give me a prescription pain killer. The key is trying to figure out what they're caused by - stress, pulled muscles, foods, storms, sinus infection, etc.
Overall my biggest migraine routine is to pump up water intake, put a cold pack on my neck, a cold compress over my eyes, lie in a dark quiet room for a while and have DH rub my neck (or my feet, helps me relax). Take a hot shower, let the water beat on my neck. Take some tylenol if I have to. Above all else if you can, try and sleep.
I'm new to this board but if you ever need other natural remedies for getting rid of headaches, feel free to message me. I have books with tons of tricks in them for different types of headaches. Most of them work, it's just a trial by error process.

Me! I've found if I sleep too long I get them, and also if I get too overheated. So I'm hoping they will subside with the weather cooling down in the next couple months.
ME! They have become a warning that I'm about to start feeling nauseous...which is pretty often throughout the day. Nausea is one thing, but nausea and headaches are making doing normal everyday tasks pretty difficult.
