For the first 2.5 months I was using the rental symphony. If the tubes weren't screwed on properly, then when it pumped, my nipples would, for lack of a better way to decribe it, "thawck", or "thump" during each pump.
Well, I returned the symphony to the hospital, and now am using my PISA that I got used from a friend. No matter how well the tubes are "screwed on", my nipples still "thump" with each pump.
Is this normal?

I think the horns are fine. My nipple is pulled all the way into them, and even when I'm 100% toples and pushing the horns in, I still get it

I did, thinking that may have been the case. No change. What is weird, is using the same horns, membranes, tubes, everything, there' no thwacking while using the symphony, but there is with the pisa.
So, I take it that the pisa isn't suppossed to do this? I'm fine with it....it doesn't hurt, but will it mean I get les milk?
