Just curious if those of you who were annovulatory/amenorrhea if any of you started to having normal cycles after having your LO. I guess this post is wishful thinking.
Yup! I started getting regular periods 4 weeks pp after both girls. I had 3 regular periods after DD #1 before getting my suprise BFP. After DD #2 was born I had a couple of regular cycles before getting an IUD. Now I don't have a period at all. I'm not sure if it "fixed" me long term, but at least initially after childbirth I had a regular period.

well hello pretty lady:) I had wishful thinking too, but I always get my cycle like clockwork, I just don't ovulate! I don't understand my body. It's stupid!

I had rather regular periods after I had Matt. I could even feel myself ovulating, however I still never got a surprise BFP. Booo!! Just recently my periods have gotten a little more irregular, but I'm still not going nearly as long in between as I was prepregnancy (I would go 60+ days in between AF's).
TTC for 19 months. Dx: PCOS. 3 IUI's with Clomid= BFN 1st IUI with injectables= BFP

I suspect this will be the same with me as well but I never have AF & don't ovulate. I guess since I don't ovulate it's not so bad that I don't get AF. lol
I had one normal pp period about 6 weeks pp. Then I went on bc. The end of May, I went off the pill to see what would happen and I haven't gotten a period since. I've got provera now to get it going and then I'm going back on the pill.

I started cycling again just shy of 3 mos post-partum. I had 2 regular cycles and then they started getting longer and longer, and I'm assuming they were on their way to going back to annovulatory. We decided not to try on our own for #2 and went straight to IF treatments.

Well, sort of.
I got my first PP AF when Caro was 9 months old...then had two long cycles after that and then got pregnant again.
I was still breastfeeding...so I'm not sure what would have happened had I weaned before I got pregnant again.
Same here! Boo!
I did after my daughter was born. We TTC for 6 of those cycles with no luck.
I just weaned 3 weeks ago, but assume that I will have normal cycles for a while, at least.

Ditto. Maybe after baby no. 2? Still hopeful!
