I have never sold anything on CL before.  I am selling my Chicco Cortina Double that was used maybe 10 times and is like new.  What would you list it for?  (it was $299 and I was thinking $140ish????).  Then what?  Do you let people come to your house if they are interested in something or do you meet them somewhere?

Honestly, $140 seems high to me.. Maybe $100? Look at what other double strollers on your CL are listed for.. 

I've only sold a couple things on CL.. We used to have people come to DH's work to pick stuff up because we didn't want them coming to the house, but the last time someone came to the house and it was OK.

Thanks for the feedback.  I am not desperate to sell it, so I figured I would try listing it a little higher for now.  All the other ones on our CL are in pretty used condition, so it is hard to tell.

I have people come to my house, I just meet them outside.  Unfortunately, it is very common for people to not show up when they say they will.  At first, I used to try to meet people, but after waiting a half hour for someone to not show up one day, I just had them come to my house.

That stinks!  Hadn't thought about it like that though so thanks.  I am one of those super paranoid people (always keep doors locked and stuff), so I know if anyone looks at anything, it will have to be when DH is home.

I've had people come to the house, but only if someone else is home with me. We have to big and loud dogs, so I really don't worry that someone's going to use that opportunity to case the place and come back later.
