It will likely be a good thing-just don't let yourself get talked into something that you are not comfortable with (this happened to me once).  Take documentation of anything pertinent (I can't remember your specific situation but anything you have that would be to your credit, even a calendar of dates/times of visits).

Oh good luck.  I'm sure it will be a mixture of both.  It will be nervewracking to come up to the date, and then stressful when you are there but it will probably be good to get it over with rather than leave things up in the air right?
