If your toddler is in DC/preschool and LO is at home

Does your younger child get sick often?  My mom watched DD1 for the first year and she has just started DC. She was very healthy all year, and I am well prepared for that to change now that she is in DC.  When LO2 arrives I'd like to have my mom watch him/her and keep DD1 in PT DC so she can still have the interaction with other kids.  The only thing I'm a little concerned about is whether DD will bring home lots of germs and get LO2 sick.

Nope. My oldest never gets sick and neither does my youngest.

When I was on leave, DD got sick from DS being at school but not that much.  I thought DS got sick more as an infant than she did.

DS is in DC...he gets sick more than he did when he was at home all the time.  The baby catches about 1/2 of what he gets.  That's the one downside to DC IMHO.
