Wine Tasting Party

Not gonna lie, I feel a little weird posting this because I'm usually over on 0-3 or on June 2011 so none of you ladies probably know who the heck I am BUT...does a wine tasting party sound fun to any of you? I've always wanted to do one where everyone brings a bottle and we do blind tastings as sort of a meet and greet type thing. I moved up here a few years ago so most of my friends aren't local. It'd be nice to meet some local moms.

I went to a Wine and Knitting Get Together with some friends in July.  That was fun.  I do not drink myself (and I do not knit either, but I tried it).  But I brought Greek God Honey Vanilla Yogurt and some grapes.  And some other women brought cheese,crackers blueberries, and some good wine.  It was really nice.  I think it just comes down to finding a good time for local moms to get together and location is another factor as well.

I know I'm pretty new here, but that sounds like an awesome idea!  MH and I were just talking about throwing a wine and cheese party the other day!

I've seen you on the 0-3 board and I'm fairly new to this board too. But I like your wine tasting idea. Let's make it happen. Where are you located? I'm in the north end (Mill Creek, south Everett)
