Any Mankato area moms?

I will be moving to Eagle Lake soon and am looking for DC for DD. Would prefer a center but am open to a great in home as well. DH and I both work at/near the hospital so if it is on the east side of town it would be a bonus. DD has been with my mom so far so I am a total DC newbie.

Hi, I live in Mankato a few blocks from the clinic. The closest day care is Little Orchard Day Care (1049 Orchard Road, Mankato, MN 56001 (507) 345-6570) but there are a few others not far from the clinic such as Little Stars Early Learning (115 South 2nd Street Mankato, MN 56001-3658 (507) 625-2141) they have good and so-so reviews but they feature an infant room. I don't know much about daycares either, my husband and I are only 8 weeks along with our first pregnancy

Before I SAH, our DC were at Child's Planet. We were very happy with them.

We've used World for Tots and Scholars before.  They are located in the Belle Mar Mall.  Also Giggles-n-Wiggles is new and Ive heard good things. GL
