Awful day

So last night LO decided she wanted to have fun and not go to sleep. She just kind of catnapped until 2:30! So obviously I didn't get much sleep last night. Add to that its DH's first day of the semester. Well I get to work and I'm putting my keys in my purse and getting situated and I pull out DH's keys. He needs to be at school in a half hour. I clock out for 'lunch' and race the thirty minutes home. He was 15 minutes late to his first class. I was gone for 1.5 hours because I had to take LO to the sitter, get gas and get something to eat because there was no way I could leave after I got back.

Oh and when I got home I found out I also had his wallet. Sigh.

i hate those days!!! I had to ask my VP to watch my class so I could let DH in the jouse when he locked himself out......going to get the mail!

I'm sorry you had a bad day. DH kept taking my car keys and we only have one alarm beeper. So, on Monday when he took my keys (and his car with his car keys) I had to break into my own car in the garage and use my spare key to get to work. I had to leave the car unlocked the whole day with one of the windows down because I was afraid it would arm itself and I would be stuck at work with the baby at home with the sitter. I decided if it got stolen (I work in a good area) at least I could get a new car and DH couldn't complain.

I'm sorry you had a bad day! I did too. LO has thrush, and my day has been filled with boiling and washing everything we own. Blah.
