Hi there - I visit your blog from time to time and it has been a great motivator for me to do the Turbofire program. I am in my third week of it and I absolutely love it, however, even tho I'm still on maternity leave, life just gets in the way and I haven't been able to commit to it 100%. Just want your thoughts about your journey - did you ever miss a day or two during a week? I have been trying to make up the classes as best as I can, but they are HARD workouts and I can't always do 2 or 3 at a time.
I think it will be better this week. I had unexpected company stay for a few days last week and then had to attend my stepmom's funeral over the weekend. Time to hop back on track.
