What is her weight?  We used newborn prefolds and Thirsties Duo wraps on our 6-pounder and they fit great (bulky, but no gaps or leaks).  Maybe you're just not used to the bulk of CDs vs. sposies.  The newborn stuff looks giant on little newbies with chicken legs lol!

Well, she came home at 6#9oz... so maybe you are right. Im just not used to the look. I'll try today! I know shes about 7 pounds now...

C was under 7# when we started using all our newborn CDs. They looked huge at first, but they kept the poo in! Enjoy the fluff!

My LO was 5 lbs 8 oz, Rumparooz NB's fit great!  We're still working out the kinks in our other diapers.  He's almost 4 weeks, and about 7 lbs.  Getting leaks with Fuzzibuns XS and Kissaluvs NB AIO's.

My fb XS didn't start working well until 8-9lbs when her legs really started chunking up. The leg openings are cut pretty big and there aren't crossover snaps. That said, they were the longest fitting NB dipes we used!

I have GMD orange prefolds...and bummis covers. They dont seem to fit like that, tho. Hmmm.

DS looked ridiculous when he came home @ 6lbs 12oz.  A huge butt with chicken legs.  But no leaks!!
