  • Now that it's summer, I do a lot of fruit - today was watermelon.  Also, DD's current favorites are: Quaker oatmeal squares cereal, edamame, mandarin oranges(in 100% juice), and peas.

  • Lots of yogurt and he gets one banana cookie a day.
  • Yogurt, cheese sticks, bananas, peaches, pears, pineapple, applesauce, organic food pouches, cheerios.

  • We're pretty similar to what you listed. Lately has been mostly yogurt and fresh fruit. You can hand DD an entire peach and she'll chomp on it just like it's an apple!

  • we are trying to put weight on ds so we try to concentrate on higher calorie foods. Some we like are PB and crackers, cheddar cheese sticks, graham crackers w/cream cheese, yogurt...he also loves any fruit.

  • We're not that great about this since our snacks are usually just given on the go on weekends, but if I was home full time I think I'd (hopefully) try to give more veggie snacks - we do frozen peas (straight from the freezer) quite a bit, and used to do things like steamed carrots or green beans tossed with a bit of hummus but haven't in awhile. Sometimes we do sauteed sweet potato cubes.

Pita and hummus, and if your kid has the ability to eat raw veggies, then veggies and hummus, or some other kind of dip, ants on a log (PB and raisins on celery), stuff like that.

  • We do all sorts of crackers, cereal, and fruit.  Other things - cheese, carrots sticks, frozen veggies, yogurt, granola/fruit bars, probably other things I can't think of right now.  Crackers, fruit, and cheese are the top ones.
