I haven't had bad morning sickness as far as throwing up goes, but I can guarantee that I will start feeling sick between 2:30 and 3pm. Sometimes it only lasts a couple minutes but it always happens at that time.
I was like that with DD - it hit me at 10:00 like clock-work. Thankfully, I was able to tell when morning sickness was finally gone when 10:00 came and went and I didn't feel like walking-death...
are you snacking mid morning? if not you blood sugar might be dropping then and that is why you are sick at the same time. Who knows, but something to consider.

I eat something every 2-3 hours. Today, I ate some yogurt at 11:00, then threw up that yogurt at around 11:45. Let me tell ya... throwing up yogurt is about as fabulous as throwing up stomach acid.
I'm not complaining that it happens at the same time everyday. On the contrary, it's kind of helpful because then I know to not be anywhere at that time, haha.
YES! I work night shift (7p-7a), and its been hitting me every morning around 5:45...right before its time to go home. Then I am nauseous/vomitting half way home. Nice thing to pull up next to at a red light, I am sure. Once I get home I'm usually ok. On days I don't work, I tend to feel better...guess I'm sleeping through it.
