Push Buggy/Car for toddlers?

Worth the money? Any one in particular that you like? I walk two big dogs to the park every day, and being pg it's getting too hard to wear DS on my back now. We don't have sidewalks in this area so I don't feel safe letting him walk since there is one intersection we have to cross where people drive pretty fast. I have a hard time managing the two dogs AND the stroller (I think if I had a jogger or a stroller with a handle bar it would be easier but I have an Orbit and its tough to push one-handed).

Anyway, I'm looking for a solution to my dog-walking dilemma and thought maybe this push car thing would be easy enough to use with one hand and keep the toddler under my control for our walks. Oh, there's also one little hill, not super steep but will I be able to push it up a short little hill with one hand? Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated!

Allie absolutely loves her Step 2 push car...but she wants to push it, not ride in it.  She'll ride in it occasionally but mostly wants to push it herself.  It accomplishes the same thing though I guess, she begs to walk it around the block every day, even when it's 100 degrees outside.  I plan to use it for the same reason, taking the next baby and her to the park when I don't have a double stroller.

DS also loves his Step 2 push car - but he loves to sit in it. We keep it in the house by the front door, he will sit in it and wait for me to push him around the house. I take it with us to the park, zoo, etc. because he prefers it over a stroller (hates the stroller). One of the parks we go to has a pretty rough terrain and the car handles it just fine.

We were given ours, but DS is OBSESSED with his Little Tikes convertible car. (https://www.amazon.com/Little-Tikes-Deluxe-Cozy-Convertible/dp/B00004SCWA) It has a removable floor board, and an adjustable push handle, which I like since I'm tall. The handle and floor board can both be removed when they're ready to use it flintstone-style. Everyone always asks what brand it is, and where we got it. We mainly use it for walking to the park or playground, and occasionally for longer walks when our DD would rather walk than sit in the double stroller with her brother.

Our LO borrowed one and didn't like it.
