Nap drama

I find it so hard to deal with difficult nap times. Listening to her up there saying Mommy! Mommy! I know she needs to sleep, she is getting over an illness, etc. I guess I should just put her in the car and drive somewhere. This is a real bummer. I get so anxious about it, like it's such a major deal. I wish I was not so uptight.

Re: Nap drama

  • Sorry E is fighting them.  DS # 1 is playing in his room as we speak, it takes him about 1/2 hour to fall asleep for naps.  Praying he falls asleep soon.  I used to take him out on drives, whatever works - right?

  • Today was a double poop issue. I'm sorry E is fighting his naps. Must be so hard with two to deal with someone napping practically all the time!

  • I hear you.  I SO look forward to nap time, so when there are issues, I get so frustrated.  I also don't even want to go for a drive.  I want to do my own stuff at home.  Well- that and I can't really stick both kids in the car when one won't sleep.  (((HUGS))) Amy.  I hope tomorrow goes better!
  • Aw thanks. well she will be fine. It's more about my anxiety about it which is out of proportion to the issue itself I guess,
