Hey ladies! My brother and SIL are having a little boy named Alexander John (Alexander after my cousin who passed, and John after my dad). My grandfather recently passed away and we were really close. I would love to incorporate his name into our boy's name if we have one. His name was John. Would it be inappropriate to incorporate this name since my B and SIL are using it, although for different reasons? (I am close with them) Just FYI, my grandpa's middle name was Frank and I do not want to use that
Any suggestions?

I'd definitely use it. I have 2 cousins on my mom's side with the middle name Martin (our grandpa) and 2 second cousin's on my dad's side with the mn Gene (their grandpa).
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
Yep - go for it!
You can use it as FN or MN.
Go for it.
