Just wondering how much exercise or what type of exercise everyone is doing during their pregnancy. I certainly want to keep healthy for the baby's sake, but don't want to overdo it.

I do ZUMBA 6 days a week for an hour each session. I love it and it's great cardio/strength training. I have to modify some of the moves now but still a great workout. I'm 22 wks preg and the Dr. said I am cleared to continue until I feel I cant anymore.
I was put on restrictive workouts due to some complications early on but I have found a way to get really good workouts in w/o all the 'jiggling' that my normal workouts would cause.
I swim 45min-1 hour 3x's a week. I do a prenatal water class once a week but, thruthfully, the class is pretty lame. I just really, really like the other ladies in the class so I go for the social part of it:) I also ride the stationary bike 3-5x's a week on my lunch hour. I have a prenatal yoga class once a week that I love for the mindfulness as well as the community. I also walk my dog each and everyday 1-3 miles depending on how we are both feeling.
I will admit, though, that I can feel myself getting "soft" I'm losing a lot of muscle and it makes me sad but my cardio is in great shape so that's a good thing.

Diagnosed with GD at 28 weeks. Controlled through diet and exercise. No insulin.

Nothing.
Run around after a toddler etc.
About twice a week I walk around the grocery store.
There is a new Indian restaurant opening up a few blocks away. Maybe I'll walk over there for some takeaway later.
