Breaking open fenugreek capsule?

I hate taking pills so the thought of swallowing 9 pills of fenugreek a day fills me with dread, but I want to try them out to boost my supply.  Does anyone know if it's okay to break the capsules open and mix them with juice?  I've done this on occasion with other meds but I wasn't sure about this one.  I realize it might taste pretty bad but I prefer that over choking down the pills whole.

Its just an herb...I've done it (taken the capsule apart) myself.  I hate pills as well.  Its hit or miss on if I gag or not.
