Home warranty recs?

We are closing on our house in Mukilteo next week! I am looking for a home warranty. I have used American Home Shield in the past. Does anyone have any recommendations or warnings about which ones to avoid? Many thanks!

 

I can't believe we will be getting settled into the area soon. Heading out on Saturday! Looking forward to it!

We use AHS also- they seem to be good. Paying for a new furnace already.
