Need help: Interviewing babysitters for first time...

Hi Ladies,

We are finally getting around to finding a babysitter for DS who is 13 mths. In the past, we've been fortunate to have visiting family/friends watch him, but now with #2 on the way, I need a more consistent sitter.

We have 3 potential sitters lined up to talk to that I found through Care.com, so I have their background checks and references, but what type of questions should I be asking during the interview? I need help with this.
