I'm trying to think of things that I still need to buy and I'm wondering what kind of products did you get two (or more) of in the hopes of keeping them separate from each baby? For instance, I want to get two nose suckers and designate one for each so that they are not sharing those. I am also hoping that I can keep paci's separate so that they don't use each others. So, what other things did you want two or more of and kept them separate from each baby?
Re: What did you keep separate?
They each have their own paci's and car seats (and obviously clothes). However, after about six months, they started stealing each other's paci's all.the.time, so while they still have different ones, each ends up in the other's mouth at least once a day. And, now they have different diapers and sleep sacks b/c of the size difference, which started to get big around 4 months. Right now, they are about 8 pounds different and two sizes apart on diapers.
Oh, and the hospital gave us lots of nose suckers, so I wouldn't run out and buy them. I never thought of keeping them separate. We just rinse in between.

Ditto.
Not much. Cribs and carseats. They also liked different bottles so I guess we kept that separate too (though not by my choice and they were more than welcome to finish each other's bottles).
Are you having same sex or B/G? I would think their would be a lot more separation in B/G twins than same sex twins. My boys share everything!
P.S. Pacis are a free for all in our house. We used to keep them separate but now they grab them out of each others mouths....

We have separate nosal aspirators, but mostly because the hospital gave us two of them. I'd have no problem sharing one since we clean it beteween uses. We also have two rectal thermometers, and I kep those separate, but again, I clean them so wouldn't really stress about sharing. They still have separate pacifiers (DD gets the pink & purple ones and DS gets the less-girly ones) but they use the same kind and I think we're close to the point where they're going to start stealing/grabbing whichever one they can find, which is fine.
We have two of a bunch of other things, but the only stuff we have two of where they each really have a designated one are cribs, car seats, high chairs, clothes, and bath towels (they have their names on them). Oh, and Sophie. We have two Sophies, but they steal each other's all the time.

Same. Just cribs. We had 2 of things like paci's, bottles, nose suckers, but in the end they got what was easily available, and when they started to be able to do things for themselves they just took the other one's item and we didn't try to fight it.

Cribs and carseats. Although I admit that my girls are only a pound apart in weight, so I don't stress over it if grandma sticks them in the 'wrong' carseats. We also do our best to keep sippy cups separate because they get different 'milk' (one on soy, the other on a soy/high calorie supplement mix), but I'd be lying if I said they never shared.
Having G/G twins, they share a dresser and share clothes and shoes. This will change once they're old enough to start claiming ownership, but we aren't there yet.

Cribs, car seats. I am a firm believer in the Hygeine Hypothesis.
We got 2 nasal bulbs from the hospital, and kept one in the living room and one in nursery, but honestly have used them so rarely (and clean after every use), they're interchangeable. Pacifiers are totally interchangeable. Even if we'd tried to keep them separate, they steal them. And besides, they are playing with the same toys and everything goes into their mouths.
