Fairview-based doc who will give progesterone supplements?

Hi everyone, Basic background: I had two miscarriages and then one wonderful, healthy baby boy (who's 2.5 now). I just had another miscarriage in June. Now I'm pregnant again and super excited. My last period was July 14, so I figured I was 4.5 weeks along. I went for hCG testing last Friday and it was a 24. Then on Monday, it more than doubled to 59. However, my progesterone was just shy of 6, which seems really low (she said it had to be a minimum of 5, but everything I've found online says it should be more like 15 or 20). My doctor thinks I'm just super early and about 3 weeks along, which doesn't seem to work out with when I thought I conceived, though I am very irregular so I'm not entirely sure. She said the pregnancy can "go either way at this point," so she's sending me for an ultrasound in 3 more weeks. I asked her if I should go on progesterone supplements, and she said no, that I just need to wait and see. I'm really freaking out that this one, again, won't be a viable pregnancy. Has anyone heard of this low of a progesterone level being able to sustain a pregnancy? What about supplements? Should I find a doctor who will give them to me? Is there one in the Cleveland area who delivers at Fairview who I can call? Do they even work? I'm really worried. :-(
