Moms groups

Can you share which moms groups you are in and enjoy? I am in a few on meetup for working moms but they seem to plan most of their get-togethers when I am working. Go figure, right.

It depends on your zip code for some of the groups. Try Houston Area Mommies Network. It is open to all of greater Houston.

I'm interested in the responses as well. I started going to a Clear Lake moms group when I was on maternity leave with a friend. (it was more of a BFing support group) I love, love, looooved it, and I miss it so much now that I'm at work. I've tried signing up for a few Pearland Mom's groups on meetup.com, but they haven't been responsive, or they aren't taking new members. Also, it seemed like most of the moms groups I found were for moms with older kids, not infants.

I love my MOPS (Mother's of Preschooler's) group. There are some groups that meet in the evenings, you can click here to find a group in your area. My group in Clear Lake meets on a Friday from 10-12 and most are SAHM, but we do have several working moms that attend. We have lots of events scheduled that go on in the evenings (book club, coffee nights, bunco, etc...) in addition to playdates that do go on during the week.
