When exactly did you put them in the same room?
DS is already out growing his bassinet. When he sleeps he loves to sprawl out and now he hits the side and wakes himself up.
Our room cannot fit a pack'n'play as it is I have one of those detachable top bassinets and its literally on my long dresser.
I'm just not sure if they're ready to be in the same room. From the time she goes to sleep (8pm) until she wakes up(7am) he wakes about 4 times.

DS was 3-1/2 and shortly after we moved DD to her crib (roughly 6 weeks or so) she was STTN (which to US is about midnight to 6am or so) So far they do not seem to wake each other (its been about a year) Initially we staggered bedtimes (not putting DD down in the crib in their room until midnight!) but after about 2 months of that we were able to put them down together (which IMO makes putting them down together for afternoon naps easier!)
IF you have no room and DD is outgrowing the bassinet I say move her and it may be rough for the first few days or so but in the end they will learn how to sleep through each others' noises! GL
