I know I am late to your dining room post, but my dining room maybe the exact color you are looking for, it is a sagey/grey.  I love it.  It is Benjamin Moore paint and the color is Nantucket Gray.  My mom liked it so much she now painted her kitchen the same color and I get compliments on the color all the time.  You might want to check it out at the store.  Hope this helps.
