Good Morning Bella!!

Weekend was good busy but not crazy. Went shopping for our vacation. Going to Vegas on Thursday!! It's my H and mine first vaction together since our honeymoon so we are so glad we are getting away. 3 other couples are joining us so it should be a blast!!

I Vegas!!!  Where are you staying?  How long are you going for?

My weekend was good, spent a lot of QT with Dh.  Saturday we were busy all day and yesterday we didn't much of anything.

This is our first time in Vegas and I am so excited. We are staying at the Monte Carlo.

Do you have any recs for places for dinner? I know a lot of places are pretty expensive which we have planned for but I hate going to places not worth the money. So any recs would be appreciated

I know my friends have some kind of connection to a club promoter so we are going to Tao and I think they said Pure.. (I am out of the club scence so not sure if these are good places..lol) Any awesome Clubs you been to?

All I know is I don't plan on being sober most of this vacation!

FYI - There is a public bus (double decker) that runs up & down the strip, I believe 23 or 24 hours a day, every day - it's called The Deuce https://doubledeckerbusoflasvegas.com/

I really rec you using the bus, it's clean and efficient , if you and your friends plan on going to a lot of casinos on the strip, everything looks close, but they are not, also bring good walking shoes b/c you will do A LOT of walking.

Oh thanks soo much for the info on the bus I hear cabs get expensive and I really don't plan on bringing "walking" shoes. We will definetly be looking for this bus!!!

You are very welcome!!!  Yeah, cabs are expensive and the bus is cheap...from what I can remember.....I want to say it was $5-7/pp for the whole day maybe.

Dh and I got engaged in Vegas...so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

I hope you have a wonderful time and I can't wait to hear about it when you get back!!!!

DH and I had a blast when we went together!

As for my weekend, it was pretty boring...

DH worked on Saturday, so I just hung around the house for a while and went to Ikea with my mom.  It was quite a hoot seeing us try to get a dresser in the trunk of her Camry.  DH and I went out to a casual dinner on Saturday night, and yesterday, I had to tutor in the morning, attend a recital for my dad and his wife, then dinner with my family.  It was nice to see everyone this weekend, but it was pretty uneventful...

I PPH IKEA!!!!!  I am very overdue for a trip there.  If we have time and pass one on the way to Cedar Point in 2 weeks, maybe I can talk Dh into stopping there.

Braves game was fun, even though they lost. There was a group of very drunk people sitting next to us and they kept picking fights with everyone around us so that was entertaining. The weather was perfect!

Happy Belated Anniversary!!!!!  What did ya'll do to celebrate?

We usually like to get away on some beach but with IVF #4 coming up, we stayed in the city.  A friend of mine got us a suite in the new JW Marriott in downtown Indy.  It was nice to park the car and hang out downtown like we were 20.  My DH, who does not drink, actually got drunk...or at least felt a buzz for the very first time.  I guess 3 or 4 shots a Patron will do it!!  Indy also has the  Devour Downtown event going on right now and many of the restaurants have special menues for 2.  I probably gained 5 lbs this weekend!  But over all it was really nice.  We didn't have a care in the world this weekend!!  Thanks for askin'!
