Can I use any rail for the toddler bed, or does it have to be the one made by Bonavita? I bought the conversion kit when I bought the crib and it doesn't come with the rails for the toddler bed. (waste of money, I know!).
This may be a stupid question, but I'm wondering if you need to have the conversion kit to change the crib to a bed. I never bought the kit when we got the crib and figured I would get it later (about now) if we decided to change it to the toddler bed. But, I was under the impression that the kit was pretty much just the safety rail. I apologize if this is a really stupid question!
I am in the exact same situation. I also have the Peyton collection with the kit. Would have been nice if the salesperson would have mentioned that it wasn't included! I did find on Wal-Mart's website convertible crib bedrail for $30. I believe the brand is Dex. The other bedrails are to long for cribs. Targets website also has them for a few dollars more.
Re: If you have a crib from Bonavita's Peyton Collection...
We just bought a plastic one from Walmart for $20, works great!
