First Ultrasound!

I had my first ultrasound this afternoon and it was great! Only one baby (with so many other March twin mommies, I was starting to wonder if I'd follow the trend!) Based on my LMP I'm 6 weeks 6 days, and the baby is measuring 7w1d, so I'd say I'm pretty close with my ticker of 7w. There was a heart rate of 137. My next ultrasound wouldn't normally be until week 18, but they found a small cyst on my left ovary, so I'll have another one at week 11 to monitor it. It was pretty cool to see because they had both regular and 3d images. The tech called it a cashew, but I thought it looked like a little hamster, so for now, I'll call it "Hammy".

Such a relief!
