Re: best place for nice but not super expensive bed sheets?

  • I have never shopped a "home shopping place" but my mom bought us some super awesome sheets from either HSN or QVC. Worth a shot! (not sure what she paid, but I know she was very happy with the price.. Of course it could've been "the deal fo the day" but again, worth checking into)

  • TJMaxx! I have some amazing Calvin Klein sheets that are so comfortable...and were half the price of most other stores.

  • I don't usually shop there myself, but my mom got us some really nice sheets from JCPenney last weekend because "they were such a great price!" Of course, they have sales all of the time, so you could try there. She told me she paid $30 for them, (we have a queen bed) which is not bad, and I think they were 400 tc. Nice color to boot. :) GL!

  • Kohl's during one of their weekend sales. They are on sale once a month usually and we got 1000 TC for $60 last time with no coupons, but they always have printable coupons online too.

  • Another vote for TJ Maxx. I get most of my linens there. They have really great deals on high thread count sheets. If you prefer online, check overstock.com.

  • Homegoods!!

Also Bed Bath and Beyond with a 20% coupon would bring it down a more reasonable price. Big Smile

  • The Canopy brand at Walmart are really nice an very cheap. We have these and they are very soft and comfy https://www.walmart.com/ip/Canopy-Wrinkle-Free-300-thread-count-Cotton-Sateen-Sheet-Set-Arctic-White/8054302

My favorite sheets are DKNY, but they can be hard to find.  I just got some at the LL Bean outlet that are lovely, and a slightly higher thread count (450 I think?), and they were really reasonable.  Not sure if you have any of the outlets near you.  I think in their online shop, they're like $60 for a flat sheet and the same for a fitted sheet.

I've seen DKNY sheets at TJMaxx numerous times.

  • I am also on the hunt for good sheets.  However, I have to agree with PP.  The best sheets we have are from QVC - I think they're Northern Lights or Northern Nights...

  • TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and the like always have good quality sheet at a discount.

  • We have a set of Fieldcrest from Target that are the best sheets we've ever owned. 600tc I think. Whatever they are they're awesome. FYI My husband works for BB&B and he thinks they're better than any they carry there!

This. I have had this same experience with their towels too. Got some from both places for our wedding. BBB were more expensive, but the Target ones have held up much better.

  • If you have a Sam's Club membership I highly recommend their sheets. I used to work for Pottery Barn and I like the ones from Sam's better than the $150 set I got at PB.
