My order was supposed to ship on July 3rd, and I still have not received it. I e-mailed her through their website about a week ago, never heard a response. Forgot about my order again, and just e-mailed through my order confirmation e-mail so I should hopefully hear back soon. Anyone else still waiting on an order, I think I might just cancel mine. ugh

Everything I said in my post was statements and facts that she herself posted on her facebook page in an update she made on Sunday. She even said that she knows her customer service has been lacking recently b/c of the fact that she is on her own and it's been tough.

In terms of her orders taking longer - her ship dates are estimated so unfortunately if there is a backup or a problem, things will and can be delayed. I know some of the wool was stuck in customs a while back and she is also considering having some of the diapers being produced overseas to help with the demand and backlog.
Her product is in very high demand and like I said, I would not want to be in her position. I can't imagine the amount of work she has plus being a single mom on top of it.
I understand being busy and being a single mother -- it is not easy. But if she has consistently been behind on orders then she should put a cap on how many she sells, so she does not fall so far behind. I ordered these June 1st and I am still waiting. Also I believe if she knows that she is going to be behind she should at least send an update e-mail saying sorry for the delay in your order. Plus I also ordered CJ's with the diapers and have been waiting on that too. I think waiting over a month with no updates (except on facebook) is way to long.

She also mentioned that there would be a restocking fee if you had to cancel your order.
I ordered stuff that was supposed to ship out beginning of July... and then asked her to change to something that was in stock (different colours, no big deal) so that I could actually use them sometime soon. I still haven't received them, but she did respond to my emails (although I also posted on her FB page to respond to my emails.)

And I don't plan on ordering from her again too because of lag time, and because of CS. I am still waiting on a response from my last e-mails also, maybe I should flag her on facebook to respond. I would hope that she waives the restocking fee because I have been waiting over a month for my items.
I have been so tempted to order from her but have never pulled the trigger. While I can sympathize with running into problems-she is running a business and just needs to shut down to catch up or hire more people.
This. I just want my diapers before my chunky baby is too big for them.
