My fabric that I have been patiently waiting on for 3 weeks FINALLY made it to my town today. I have been feeling cruddy, so I took a nap earlier while DS was sleeping... and I heard the doorbell ring. I figured it was UPS and they'd just leave the package at the door. So I stayed in bed like a lazy fool.

NO! IT WAS MY FABRIC FOR MY BISH CUSTOM! WAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Sniffle, sniffle.

ETA: It was actually the postman with my fabric... and I had to sign for it... sorry I'm not thinking clearly in my state of sadz.

Oh, yes...the postmaster and I had WORDS about that fabric. I live in a VERY small town (like 300 people, maybe) and I asked if they could deliver it to someone else (I work FT, pretty much the same hours as the PO is open in another town 20 miles away) and NOPE, *I* had to sign for it. Postmaster said she would stay late the next day so I could get it (mind you this was an extra 5 minutes) she agreed. Next day, I go to the PO after rushing out of work and speeding home. She is *clueless* to what I am talking about, there are no packages there, etc. WHAT?!?! It took like 5 minutes of arguing with her to get her to go look for it, lo and behold the mail carrier left it "in the back" (he delivers for 2 towns) with the mail for the other town. ARGH! I hope they bring it to you tomorrow...postmaster told me they would try to deliver it twice and then return it
