Almost always "chore" time with very little "me" time. Jonah takes a good nap most days, but I still feel like I can't get all of the chores done. I feel guilty if I'm spending too much time on myself when there's so much stuff that needs to be done.

Same here. Some chores, some enjoyment time. I try to do most of my crafting then. Lately I have been setting the clock for 15 minutes and doing some deep cleaning for that time period only. It helps me feel like I accomplished some cleaning, then I can go do what I want to do for a while.
I'm not technically a SAHM but I was for the summer (I'm a teacher). Most days, I used nap time as nap time myself. I know, I'm lazy but I need naps so bad or I'm just as cranky as DS! The rare occasion where I didn't get a nap in, I'd have "me" time. I save the chores for nights and weekends when DH can help!
It's both. I always do a quick pass through the kitchen (throw lunch dishes in the washer if I haven't already, wipe off counters and island, etc) and the family room in the basement (pick up stray toys and books) and then move along some laundry (I always throw in a load when I get up in the morning). But all of that takes 30 mins. tops. I use the rest of the time (1 - 1.5 hrs) to do stuff with my older children (of they want, they usually are doing their own thing though) relax, read, sew, putz around on the computer, pay bills, make phone calls, etc.
Nathans naps are short... like an hour each, most of the time I clean during the morning nap ( coffee just kicked in ) and in the afternoon I usually edit photos or play with Ben

Lucas still takes two pretty long naps (knock on wood), so I use his morning nap as "me" time... wedding planning, spending WAY too much time on TK & TB, & catching up on my TV shows! And I use his afternoon nap as "chore" time and getting things done around the apartment!
Re: SAHM's: What do you do during nap time?
