Isaac unless you're Israeli, in which case you can use Itzhak, though that does change the pronunciation...

I thought you spelled Itzak as the first one, then I realized it was just a bad spelling of Isaac.  Please spell it Isaac.

I can't think of any good reason to spell it any other way, though I assume Izak is some kind of ethnic spelling....?
