Besides that your going to have a new LO.

Mine is Baskin-Robbins Love Potion ice cream, they only have it in February and I'm in love with it. My sister and I stock on up it as much as possible. It's all I can think about today.

The 2 things I can think of is that it will be this baby's birthday and the amazing weather we have!

I don't like V-day for my husband and I, as a romantic holiday, but I love seeing my students at school with the whole V-day phenomenon. It's a fun holiday with little kids, and it makes me excited for how we could celebrate it as a day about our family in the future.

Also, towards the end of Feb is when they start running the shamrock shake and McD's, and I love me a shamrock shake!

February is a really hard month for my family. My brother passed away February of 2010.

We are all anticipating the good news that February will now hold.

My dd was born in February, Our first niece was also born in Feb (8 days later).  We closed on our home and moved in in February.  Valentine's day can be fun or at least is usually accompanied by yummy treats!

I love celebrating Valentines Day with my pre-Kindergarten students. They get so into it and love to play "postman" and deliver their cute valentines.

I also love snow!!!!

My annual girls weekend is in Feb every year...one of my fave weekends of the year!  Obv will be missing this one, but I'll be there in spirit.

Other than the arrival and future birthday of our new LO, Valentine's Day is my favorite part of Feb.  I LOVE the holiday- both celebrating with my kids at school and with my DH.  Last year we went to Mexico in Feb., so I guess reminiscing about that will be fun too.  I hate the weather here in Feb., so I'm glad I have something to look forward to this year!

Mardi Gras!  Not the drunken aspect of it, but we decorate for the holiday here, get two days off of work, and king cakes are pretty awesome!

I got a shamrock shake this past March and I was so disappointed! It was WAY too strong for me; tasted like mint extract. Maybe I just got a bad one? Or maybe I'm spoiled since an ice cream shop around here makes an incredible mint/chip milkshake...

In my immediate family, everyone's birthday, except my brother and I (we're both in October), is in February and March (my mother's parents, dad, mom, my niece and DH). My LO's birthday will be the first person of the year in my immediate family who will have a birthday in this chain. We were joking about how every our family has a history of getting busy during the same time of year. Lol.

We are not big Vday people, never have been really so that doesn't matter, but of course LO's bday could change that!  I like the cool weather, we don't get much of it in Texas and now that it is so freaking hot, I'd like to think I will appreciate the cool temps - but in Feb. I will probably be complaining and wanting it to be hot!

What's in this?

 

White chocolate ice cream, raspberry ice cream, chocolate chips and raspberry filled chocolate hearts. The ice cream doesn't super taste like chocolate. I actually don't like chocolate.

Well, Valentines day for one (got married on Vday a year ago) My neice is due the day after Vday, my new LO is due the 21st. Hmm seems like a GREAT month to me!

Mine has not always been Valentine's Day, but I really like it now.  DH is so amazing and loving to me, and we had DD baptized last year on 2/14.

Usually I hate Feb.  It is the worst winter month of the year here in New England and even though it is short, it feels like it drags on forever.    

At least this year I have something to look forward to.

I have always been a sucker for Valentine's Day. Even when I was in HS and all of my friends were bitter because none of us had boyfriends on that day, I showed up at school with little treats for them to celebrate without a man! I think it is sweet and sappy and romantic and fun. Plus, I love chocolate.

This exactly, except I'm in Chicago.  All the fun of winter is gone and all that's left is nasty, gray snow that won't melt for another month.

I'm really looking forward to having a birthday to celebrate and break up the winter months!

I love those conversation hearts, I know they are a little nasty too but that is my favorite part of February. Oh it is also about the time that the Cadbury Creme Whad come out... Yum. Besides all of the candy I am excited about my LO being born : )

My B-Day (2/17) and the weather in southeast TX!! Not really into V-day but I love watching everyone else get all mushy. I am a chocolate and ice cream fanatic so all the special dessets for V-Day are awesome!!!
