mediation with unemployed dad

My mediation date is soon and I wanted to know what to expect now since he is unemployed. How will vistation work if he cant afford to visit for have DS down in FL. This is so aggravating. He is being so nasty.

    I would think he would have to foot the bill for it.  I'm not sure what your exact situation is but it sounds like it would be a distance to travel?

    He voluntarily moved to Florida when DS was a few months old. He got a job, then lost it. Got another job and lost it. Cant keep one for longer than 6 months. I received CO child support for 2 months, and he hasnt paid me since he lost his job. He lives about 800 miles away.
