Hi,

I noticed you consider yourself Bump Tech Support! I have been unable to update my siggy for months. Whenever I try I get this error:

Server Error in '/profiles' Application.

Unable to load DLL 'libtidy.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Sorry I don't know how to make it smaller either....anyway, can you help? I have to post and run because I need to pump but I'll be back shortly.
